One of the most common bony injuries, occasionally requires open reduction internal fixation. Usual indications are:
1)non-union
2) Neuro-Vascular compromise.
3) Persistent separation of fracture fragments with soft tissue interposition
4) Flouting shoulder
5) Distal End Fracture with torn ligaments in adults
