Tuberosity fracture, corticit has on the al avulsion fracture, stress fracture, and body fracture.

The decision on how to treat these fractures depends on the effect  it has on the position of the navicular in the mid foot and the Talonavicular joint congruity.

Surgical treatment is considered for any unstable fracture, more than 2mm separation of joint surface. Immediate use of autogenous bone graft should be considered and also in certain instances primary Talonavicular fusion is indicated if more than 40% of articular surface can not be reconstructed.
